Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options throughout the United States.

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products, including THC-A flower, hemp-derived products, and kratom, may be subject to restrictions in certain states due to local laws and regulations. It is the customer responsibility to verify that such products are legal in their state before placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped to a restricted area.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Exotics Dispo is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@exoticsdispo.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
