Do you ship to my state?
We ship hemp-derived products to most states across the U.S. where permitted by law. Some states have restrictions on specific hemp-derived cannabinoids, so availability may vary. If your state restricts certain products, those items will not be available for checkout. Feel free to contact us if you're unsure about your state.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you created an account, you can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website. For any shipping questions, reach out to us at our contact page.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — check the banner on our site for the current threshold. Orders under that amount will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping speed.

What is THC-A?
THC-A (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in raw hemp and cannabis plants. It is the precursor to THC and is non-psychoactive in its raw form. What's the difference between THC-A flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates?
THC-A flower is the raw, dried hemp bud that you can use however you prefer. Pre-rolls are pre-ground flower rolled into ready-to-use joints for convenience. Concentrates like diamonds and wax are extracted forms with higher potency — browse our full selection in the shop.
Do your products come with lab test results (COAs)?
Yes! Every product we sell is third-party lab tested for potency, purity, and contaminants. You can view all of our Certificates of Analysis on our COA page. We believe in full transparency so you know exactly what you're getting.
How do I choose the right product for me?
It depends on your experience and preference. If you're new, we recommend starting with flower or a pre-roll. For experienced users, concentrates and edibles offer different experiences. Our staff is always happy to help — visit us in-store or contact us for personalized recommendations.

Are your products legal?
Yes. All of our products are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight, making them compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. We source only from licensed, reputable producers who follow federal and state regulations. You can verify this through our third-party lab results.
How old do I have to be to purchase?
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from Exotics Dispensary, both in-store and online. We verify age at checkout and upon delivery or pickup. This policy is strictly enforced — no exceptions.
What is the 2018 Farm Bill?
The 2018 Farm Bill is federal legislation that legalized hemp and hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight. This law allows for the legal cultivation, processing, and sale of hemp products across the United States. It is the legal framework under which all of our products are produced and sold.

We're open 7 days a week to serve you. Our hours are Monday–Saturday 10AM–9PM and Sunday 11AM–7PM. Hours may vary on holidays — follow us on social media or call ahead to confirm.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on opened items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right. Unopened items may be eligible for exchange at our discretion.
