Perfect Plant CBD Flower in Memphis: What Is in the 3.5 g Jar and How to Read Its Lab Report
Perfect Plant Premium CBD Flower 3.5g (1/8 oz) is a resealable glass jar of whole, CBD-dominant hemp flower from Perfect Plant, a Nashville, Tennessee hemp company. It’s $24.99, in stock at our Memphis store, and sold for in-store pickup to adults 21 and over with ID. Perfect Plant’s posted lab reports list delta-9 THC below the lab’s detection limit, and the QR code on every jar links to its report.
Who is Perfect Plant?
Perfect Plant Hemp Co. started in 2017 during Tennessee’s hemp pilot program and opened Nashville’s first hemp dispensary in 2018 at 300 White Bridge Pike. Its CBD flower is sungrown and lab tested, and the company posts its lab reports.
Why does that matter to us? Hemp flower is only as good as its paperwork, and this is a Tennessee company that puts the report one scan away. That’s the kind of supplier we want on the shelf.
What is in the 3.5 g jar?
Each jar holds 3.5 g (1/8 oz) of whole CBD-dominant hemp flower. Whole buds, nothing added to them. CBD-dominant means CBD, not THC, is the main cannabinoid in the flower. The flower is sungrown, from CBD-rich cultivars, and it is hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill. It comes sealed in a resealable glass jar with a white lid.
Four cultivars, one jar at a time
Perfect Plant’s current CBD cultivars are Strawberry Cookies, Skunk Candez, Hawaiian Haze and Cake Berry Brulee. The strain varies with what’s in stock, so ask at the counter which one is in today’s jar. The photo on our product page shows a Strawberry Cookies jar; yours may be a different cultivar.
How do you read a hemp flower lab report?
Scan the QR code on the jar and the report opens on your phone. Start with the basics on any report: who ran the test, when, and which batch it covers. Then go to the cannabinoid table. Three lines do most of the work: Total CBD, Delta-9 THC, and anything marked below the detection limit.
A COA, or certificate of analysis, is the formal name for the same document. Scan the jar, or start from our COAs page.
Total CBD
Total CBD is the lab’s figure for how much CBD the flower contains once it’s heated. In raw flower, much of the CBD is still in its acid form, CBDA, and heat converts CBDA to CBD. So the lab adds the CBD it measured to the share of CBDA that will convert, and reports the result as a percentage of the flower’s weight.
We won’t quote a figure here; it shifts by cultivar and by batch, so read the report for your jar.
Delta-9 THC
Delta-9 THC gets its own line because it’s the cannabinoid the 2018 Farm Bill uses to define hemp. On Perfect Plant’s posted reports, that line reads below the lab’s detection limit. We’re not going to put a THC percentage in a blog post. The number belongs on the report for the jar you buy.
Below detection limit
Below detection limit means the lab’s instrument did not find enough of that compound to measure it. Some labs print it as ND, for not detected. That is not the same as zero. Every test method has a floor, usually listed in the report’s fine print, and a result below it means the compound, if present at all, sits under the smallest amount the lab can reliably measure.
Keep that in mind alongside the warning on the product page: use may result in a positive drug test. If you’re tested for work, weigh that before buying any hemp flower, this jar included.
Why do we sell CBD flower in Memphis for in-store pickup only?
We sell this jar for in-store pickup only for two reasons. We check every ID in person, and hemp flower rules differ from state to state. We don’t ship it where it’s prohibited, and the simplest way to honor that is to hand it over the counter ourselves. Order online, we set the jar aside, and you show ID at pickup.
Pickup has an upside, too. The cultivar changes with stock, so the counter is where you find out what’s in today’s jar and pull up the report before you pay. Some of our other products ship where permitted by law. Flower doesn’t.
Price, stock and how to order
The jar is $24.99 for 3.5 g, one price, no variants to pick. It’s in stock as we write this. On the site it sits in our flower category. Add it to your cart, choose pickup, and we’ll have it ready at the counter. Bring an ID that shows you’re 21 or older. We check every time.
Also from Perfect Plant, if flower isn’t what you came for: the CBD-forward Perfect Plant Gourmet Gummies 10:1 CBD:THC ($24.99), the 1:1 Perfect Plant Gourmet Gummies 10:10 CBD:THC Sunset Sherbet (from $34.99), Perfect Plant Delta 9 Pyramids On Mars THC Gummies at 10 mg hemp-derived Delta-9 THC per gummy (from $34.99), and Kushies x Perfect Plant Chocolate Bars 80mg THC ($39.99). All lab tested, all 21+.
